distribution ready movements

Global Wine Logistics has found that a majority of fast moving beverage lines/promotions are managed via a 3PL bonded network. This means that for an extended period of time many of our clients find that they hold stock at higher costs within their bonded networks.

Global wine logistics have developed a solution that can manage promotions directly to their customers secondary or distribution centre network. This solution is managed via a port of entry solution of clearance, reworking and onward delivery for your customers distribution centre

virtual warehousing solution

A virtual warehouse solution is managed via the relevant Global Wine Logistics origin partner. Our iSKUbe (Global Warehouse Management Information System) system allows for stock to be held within the current producers warehousing network without the need to enter into a consolidation or 3Plwarehouse. This system allows consignment stocks to be held for any of our customers that can be cross-docked through a CFS operation. This reduces risk of increase in stock and cost but maintains the overall program of lead time reduction and associated destination stockholding costs.

origin consolidation

With the increased popularity and demand for New World Wines, Global Wine Logistics recognises the challenges this poses for our clients with lead times, vintages and associated cost of the stock holding process.

Global Wine Logistics have developed a full suite of consolidation processes that can be used to combat these challenges. The aim of this suite is to offer specialist wine consolidation solutions for the beverage industry.
